These are very nice 3D printed adapters that let you shoot 35mm film in your medium format camera. This lets you get panoramic 35mm shots, with the image going all the way up through the sprockets of the film.
If you have a medium format camera with a viewing hole on the back, you will have to tape over that hole, since 35mm film does not have any backing.
Also to unload the film, you will need to open the camera in a dark bag or completely dark room, since once you’re done your roll, it will just be spooled around the take-up spool in the camera.
This will work in most medium format cameras, although in some cameras (notably the Fuji GW690, 680 and 670) you may have problems (details and a kludgy solution here)
